Refund Policy

ALL SALES FINAL Due to the nature of the sale and the limited number of Editions, all sales are final - we do not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges. Please note it can take up to four (4-8) weeks for an Edition/ Art Toy to ship. Our studio may offer replacements or refunds at our discretion. If we decide to issue a refund for a damaged Edition, it will be issued once UPS resolves the claims case and notifies us that is has been closed. The studio is not able to issue refunds after 30 days from delivery date. Please note refunds for customs duties and VAT fees will need to be handled by the customs office of importing country.
